Scientific Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our team at the Chair of Circuit Technology and Network Theory. The successful candidate will work on the design of low-noise amplifier circuits for ion detection in the context of the research project "Single Ion Detection for Quantum Technologies using Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier Circuits", funded by the Saxon State Ministry for Science, Culture and Tourism.

• Design and development of low-noise amplifier circuits for ion detection
• Collaboration with the project partner on the deterministic implantation of ions in solids
• Development of ultra-low-noise amplifiers for real-time detection of single ions

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Strong background in circuit design and electronics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
