Fresenius Medical Care seeks a dedicated and compassionate Vascular Access RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients pre, during, and post-procedure. As a key member of our team, you will maintain patient safety, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care under the direction of the Facility Manager, Director of Nursing, and/or Charge Registered Nurse.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure integrity of documentation.
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities and implement quality goals and action plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable; and Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- Current appropriate state licensure and ACLS certification required.
- 4-6 years' related experience preferred.
- Office Based Surgical Center/Ambulatory Surgical Center/Vascular Access, Cardiac Cath Lab, or a combination of ASC, surgical, Interventional Radiology and ICU/CCU or emergency department experience preferred.
