Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from surgery, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for further care as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU or similar setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
