As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled and passionate Diesel Technicians to join our team.

Job Overview

We need a highly skilled Diesel Technician to become a key player on our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with diesel engines and a strong track record in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. Your expertise will help us ensure every vehicle and piece of equipment is in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems, including electrical, fuel, and exhaust systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Conduct detailed inspections to identify and address potential issues early on.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Communicate clearly with the Service Writer and customers about necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
  • Stay current with the latest diesel technology and industry standards.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in diesel technology is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Diesel Technician.
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • ASE certification in Diesel Engines is a plus.
