Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform daily tasks and assignments as directed by the Team Leader or Team Manager.
  • Identify and report any deviations or issues related to safety, quality, or production.
  • Participate in daily and weekly 5S routines to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and suggest new ideas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, manufacturing orders, and other technical documents.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
