TidalHealth Nanticoke, a leading healthcare system on the Eastern Shore and Maryland, is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our Cardiology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for routine follow-ups, cardiac clearances, pre-ops, and hospital follow-ups.
What We Offer- A Monday-Friday schedule with a balance of clinic and hospital time
- No new patient visits, allowing you to focus on established relationships
- A high-volume cardiology practice with a supportive team
- No call requirements, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
- A collaborative environment with experienced General Cardiologists, Interventionalists, Electrophysiologists, and a current Nurse Practitioner
- EPIC EMR system for efficient patient care
- Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice and active NP licensure
- Current licensure or ability to obtain Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Delaware
- Previous experience in cardiology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff and administration
