Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in a timely manner
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Patient assessments, coordination of care, and health promotion
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience
