Responsibilities
  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan and making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • You will perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to our Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • You will also follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform client assessments as necessary, and provide case management and coordination.
Qualifications
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire is required.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience is preferred.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program is also required.
  • You must be able to work independently and manage time effectively, and have strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
