Key Responsibilities
  • Perform front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and repairing/replacing components.
  • Work as a team to ensure mechanical issues are addressed and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed for vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
  • Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
