Impound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Impound Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As an Impound Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and effective placement of impound repossession assignments.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process incoming impound notices and assignments
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to obtain necessary information and resolve issues
- Recover seized or impounded vehicles in accordance with State and Federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
- 1+ year of collections experience preferred
- Knowledge of repossessions and auto loans preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
