Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main on-site liaison for our clients, their staff, and our network of restaurant partners.
  • Maintain a consistent high-quality customer experience throughout all interactions.
  • Assist restaurant partners with on-site logistics, ensuring setups are organized and visually appealing.
  • Deliver on-site customer support to address and resolve any issues swiftly.
  • Conduct audits of restaurant partners to uphold service excellence and consistency.
  • Address challenges such as late arrivals or order discrepancies effectively.
  • Become proficient with our technology and standard operational procedures.
  • Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding any significant issues that require escalation.

About You:

  • You have a passion for building customer relationships and excel in service-oriented roles.
  • Your friendly demeanor and high energy make you a joy to work with.
  • You possess resourcefulness and the ability to remain calm under pressure, finding solutions efficiently.
