Relief LPN

We are seeking a skilled Relief LPN to join our team at Lakeview Center. As a Relief LPN, you will provide skilled nursing services to mental health, substance abuse, or developmentally disabled clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or medical doctor.

• Assess and treat clients with mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct care services, including medication administration and wound care
• Manage client risk and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Florida
• Certification in CPR
• Ability to effectively perform client/patient behavior management techniques (CPI)
• Ability to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services
• Ability to use a computer
• Eligibility to participate in state or federally funded programs such as Medicaid
