About the Role

Lily & Fox is a rapidly growing company that's revolutionizing the health and beauty industry. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Order Fulfillment Team as a Fulfillment Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill daily orders by picking and packing products
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Work with our latest products and designs to provide a quality customer experience
  • Communicate with our Australian team to coordinate shipments
  • Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Complete tasks and errands as needed to support the team
  • Participate in special projects to improve the warehouse and develop leadership skills
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Ability to lift up to 49lbs
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the warehouse
  • Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
