Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer IV infusion medications in patients' homes
  • Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure patients' well-being
  • Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress, to keep track of patients' journey
  • Be the main point of contact for updates on patient status
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state where you will be working and living
  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
  • Strong skills in IV insertion
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within a designated area
  • Ability to do patient visits 2-3 days per week (mostly on weekdays, but may require some evening or weekend visits)
