Program Coordinator - Mental Health Services

Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator will provide support to the Early Intervention and Support Services Program in Essex County, NJ. This role involves supervising staff, managing daily operations, completing performance evaluations, and scheduling staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members within the EISS program.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Support the goals and initiatives of UBHC.

Requirements:

This position requires a Master's degree in a related mental health field and licensure as an independent practitioner in NJ (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or psychology license). Additionally, 3+ years of post-grad experience in related community mental health and/or case management is necessary.

Location and Work Schedule:

This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site and 2 days virtual. The shift is daytime, with a 37.5 hour workweek.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for growth and professional development.
