Job Overview

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide essential speech therapy services within an educational environment. This role focuses on supporting elementary students' communication and language development.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 7:45 AM - 2:15 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapeutic Services: Facilitate daily therapy groups aimed at enhancing communication and sensory skills in specialized educational settings.
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators, families, and school personnel to seamlessly integrate therapy into students' learning experiences.
  • Documentation: Keep precise records of therapy sessions and monitor student progress effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Experience: Candidates with CCC-SLP credentials are encouraged to apply; Clinical Fellows will also be considered.
  • Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a passion for engaging with young learners.
