Job Summary

The Culinary Team at Edencrest at Tuscany is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dietary Aide/Server to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the dining room atmosphere and ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with residents, families, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Passion for great food preparation, taste, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
