The ideal candidate will possess a licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT) and have the ability to provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Responsibilities will encompass individual, family, and group therapy, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

In this role, the Mental Health Therapist will have the opportunity to work from home and in the office, with a hybrid work arrangement providing flexibility. The position offers a competitive salary, with a pay range based on a fee-for-service basis, meaning compensation will be paid monthly per completed service rather than based on an hourly or salaried rate. Salaried positions are also available, ranging from $64,889 - $72,676 (LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT) or $70,898 - $79,405 (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) per year.

Position Details:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
  • Supervision provided for graduate-level candidates
  • Recent social work and counseling interns encouraged to apply

Other Compensation:

Ability to provide supervision preferred but not requiredSign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions for those who sign-on by September 30th ($10,000)

PTO/Sick Leave:

  • New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked)
  • Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked)
