Technical Lead for Space Systems

BAE Systems USA is looking for a talented Principal Engineer to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the success of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain critical applications on cloud-native microservices architecture.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and system monitoring solutions.
- Create and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Support the efforts of cross-functional development teams developing advanced systems.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.
What We Offer:
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $112,420.00 - $191,070.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, disability coverage, and life and accident insurance.
