Salem Center Registered Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Salem Center in Salem, WV. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification required
