About the Role

Ochsner Health is seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Baton Rouge. As a key member of our Department of Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations and periodic reviews to assess the mental health needs of children and adolescents
  • Provide treatment and medication management to help patients achieve their individual goals
  • Collaborate with our team of Psychologists, Advanced Practice Professionals, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to deliver comprehensive care
  • Supervise the progress of patients towards their individual goals
