We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Shift Leader at Zaxby's. As the key point of contact for your shift, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Job SummaryThis is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the management team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in addressing customer concerns, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of sales, labor, and inventory levels
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in basic math calculations and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Competitive hourly wage: $15-$20 per hour (estimated annual salary: $31,200 - $41,600)
