Machine Shop Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Shop Specialist to join our team at InCompass LLC. As a key member of our machine shop, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications.

• Set up and program CNC lathe or milling machine to manufacture parts according to engineering drawings.
• Select and align holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.
• Process parts according to job orders and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Meet production schedules and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to industry safety standards.

• A minimum of 2-year technical degree or 5 years of experience in machine shop operations.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and ability to setup and run CNC and manual machines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
