Operator Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operator Apprentice to join our team at West Fraser. As an Operator Apprentice, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring the quality of our products, and supporting our team's success.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Operate various industrial machinery and equipment, following all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
• Assist in the production process, performing tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and quality control.
• Support the team in achieving production goals and objectives.
• Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
