**Mission:**

As a key member of the Credit team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist teams to improve risk rating models and portfolio data management by industry
* Work with credit teams to analyze, monitor, and review large/complex agricultural companies, Farm Credit System entities and industries
* Compile research and findings and present recommendations to senior management

**Requirements:**

* Current sophomore or junior in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in agricultural business or related field
* Ability to work 35-40 hours per week May - August 2024

**Preferred Skills:**

* High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work and communicate collaboratively with others
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
