Key Responsibilities:- Operate assembly equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient production
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards
- Complete all relevant documentation, including production records and quality control reports
- Perform changeover operations on all machines to ensure smooth production
- Separate and tag scrap and rework parts for proper disposal
- Perform first-piece inspection to ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
