MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a travel nursing job in an Emergency Department setting.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an Emergency Department setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Department setting, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and mental health evaluations.
- Develop and implement triage protocols to prioritize patient care based on medical need.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Montana.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
