Residential Cleaner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Residential Cleaner/Porter to join our team at Pan American Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential units and facilities.

1. General Cleaning Tasks

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Empty wastebaskets and recycling bins, and dispose of waste in designated areas.

• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom fixtures.
• Restock restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, including desks, countertops, and kitchen areas.
• Clean walls and partitions.

• Perform deep cleaning of specific areas or items, such as carpets, upholstery, and drapery.
• Clean interior and exterior windows, including frames and sills.

1. Attention to Detail

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Ability to interact with clients, tenants, or employees to address cleaning needs and concerns.

The Residential Cleaner/Porter will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
