About the RoleThe selected candidate will be responsible for providing Infectious Disease consultations in our Nursing Home division and outpatient office visits. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Review patient medical records, including X-rays, blood work, and other lab tests
- Evaluate patients through conversations, interviews, and observations
- Administer patient tests or request testing/lab work; analyze patient data and results
- Collaborate with patient physicians and other medical staff to determine treatment
- Set patient goals and discuss treatment plans
- Establish timelines, tasks, and medical needs of patients
- Analyze the best medications or therapy to help patients reach their goals
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient intake
- Document patient progress and outcomes
