Job Title: Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Monte Nido Philadelphia. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual, group, and family therapy to adults struggling with eating disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients with eating disorders, including individual, group, and family sessions.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients returning to their daily lives.
  • Model healthy relationships with food and provide education on nutrition and meal planning.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field.
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
  • Prior experience working with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
