As a key member of our medical surgical nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our staff to ensure the highest quality care in a safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in medical surgical nursing settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing or currently enrolled in a direct entry MSN program, with current registration in Massachusetts
- Recent medical surgical nursing experience preferred
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
- Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
