We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Broad Family Chiropractic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our Chiropractor in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments with ease
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information, ensuring confidentiality and discretion
• Verify payment methods and process payments efficiently
• Administer screening assessments as requested, providing valuable insights for our Chiropractor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
