Multimedia Technician - Live Events

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Technician to join our team at Seattle Theatre Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in live events and audio-visual systems.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $31.19-$46.79 per hour, plus paid time off, medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, and life insurance, as well as a 403(b) with discretionary match.

Job Description:
  • Provide technical support for live events, including setup and operation of audio-visual equipment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on audio-visual equipment.
  • Train staff and vendors on use of audio-visual equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of audio-visual operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in live event production or audio-visual technology.
  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
