Job Summary

This role provides a unique opportunity for skilled guitar technicians to work with customer-owned instruments, ensuring a positive customer experience through high-quality craftsmanship.

As a master craftsman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, delivering top-notch repair services, and continuously building and increasing business through great customer experiences.

You will have the chance to work on various guitar models and interact with like-minded individuals who share your passion for music.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work efficiently
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferred Qualifications
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.50 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
