Key Responsibilities:
  • Real-Time Surveillance: Monitor live video feeds from various surveillance systems to identify and assess potential security incidents or breaches.
  • Incident Response: Quickly respond to suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or other security breaches in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Alarm Handling: Respond to alarms triggered by the surveillance systems, assess the situation, and take appropriate action as per established protocols.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all monitoring activities, incidents, and responses. Generate incident reports for further analysis and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with on-site security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant parties to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.
  • Technical Support: Perform basic troubleshooting of surveillance equipment and escalate technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Policy Adherence: Adhere strictly to company and client-specific security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (High school diploma or equivalent accepted)
  • Prior experience in security monitoring, surveillance, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of security systems, CCTV technology, and alarm monitoring software
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a MEC plan, 401K, and EAP services.
