About Our Team:


Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a vital part of Acadia Healthcare's network, recognized as the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment across the nation.

Our dedicated operational team oversees the daily management of an outpatient facility that supports individuals on their journey to recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.


Your Role as a Behavioral Health Associate:
The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for delivering care to patients receiving treatment, adhering to the directives of healthcare professionals. This role involves monitoring the physical and emotional health of patients and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.

The BHA engages in rehabilitation and treatment initiatives, aiding patients in reaching and sustaining their care objectives, while prioritizing needs and utilizing available resources tailored to the clinic's specific service demographic.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting monitoring of random drug screenings

- Performing rapid drug screening analysis

- Entering data related to drug tests and additional assessments

- Assisting patients with basic healthcare needs or prescribed therapies;

- Facilitating the admission and discharge processes for patients;

- Observing and reporting on the physical and emotional condition of patients, noting any unusual behaviors or health issues to the relevant staff, and maintaining accurate records of progress and services rendered;

- Collaborating with team members to support patients in their treatment, rehabilitation, and reintegration into the community;

- Executing other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
Education and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Previous experience in the behavioral health or addiction recovery sector is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Certification in crisis intervention, CPR, or similar qualifications mandated by the clinic is required.

- A valid state driver's license may be necessary in facilities where patient transportation is a key responsibility.
