Problem Simulation and Solutions: Simulate potential issues and provide effective solutions, conducting evaluations as necessary.
Documentation Preparation: Prepare technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), forms, and checklists for internal teams.
Production Improvement Recommendations: Suggest strategies to enhance production methods, quality, and overall productivity.
Technical Support for Setup Teams: Offer technical assistance to the setup and configuration teams as required.
On-Site Support: Provide on-site machine buyoff or support as needed.
Design Responsibilities: Create jigs and fixtures for internal testing purposes.
Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace while adhering to established safety protocols.
Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements- Possession of a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Understanding of Control Systems, including motor tuning (e.g., PID controllers).
- Basic knowledge of various motor types (e.g., stepper motors, servo motors).
- Familiarity with semiconductor processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g., DMM, ESD Tester, Oscilloscope).
- Knowledge of Solidworks, C#, and C++ is advantageous.
- Willingness to work during weekends or off days when necessary.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice as required by management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Open to fresh graduates with excellent academic performance.
