We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instructor to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Healthcare Professional Development Instructor, you will play a vital role in advancing the institution's tradition of excellence in academics, student life, and community service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality continuing education courses for healthcare professionals to maintain licensures and certifications, acquire new skills, and prepare for advanced certification.
  • Assist students with opportunities for work, co-ops, part-time, and work-study programs, as well as evaluate program curricula and practices.
  • Advise declared majors and review textbooks and learning materials to ensure they meet the needs of our students.
  • Participate in the development of new curriculum as needed and attend required pre-service and in-service meetings.
  • Maintain current healthcare discipline-specific skills, knowledge, and licensure/certification.
Requirements
  • Minimum 60 months of work experience in a related healthcare field.
  • Knowledge of intermediate to advanced theory and skills specific to the related healthcare discipline.
  • Ability to communicate with others from various backgrounds and experience levels.
