- Collaborate with our medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or compact state and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Current national certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses' Credentialing Center, or other credentialing center recognized by the board required.
- Current Authorization to Prescribe by the State of Virginia required.
- Current Controlled Substance Registration required.
