Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Electric. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all welding operations are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weld components in all positions, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Operate various welding equipment, including TIG steel weld, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum, meeting AWS standards.
  • Examine work pieces for defects and measure them to ensure conformance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and other coworkers to ensure that all jobs are completed to the outlined requirements.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate welding operations.
  • Document actions and communicate with colleagues to maintain continuity among work shifts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Certificate in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficient in GMAW and GTAW welding techniques.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock and moving mechanical parts.
