Job Summary

The Barback is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Restaurant environment. As a Barback, you will be responsible for stocking bar items, anticipating needs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.
  • Anticipate needs throughout the shift to ensure prompt and quality service.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Report timely to work and be prepared to start at the designated time.
  • Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English in order to communicate with guests and coworkers.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-50 pounds.
  • Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
  • Must have two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
