At Great Wolf Lodge, we are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $16 per hour, based on industry standards and the location of our lodge.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replacing supplies.
  • Maintain a stocked and organized housekeeping cart with sufficient supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues through appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Document and secure lost and found items.
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
