Ukrainian Recruiter

Vescor Services is a recruiting company that specializes in finding talented individuals for various positions. We are currently seeking a Ukrainian-speaking recruiter to join our team.

This role will involve connecting with potential candidates and screening them to determine their suitability for available positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person, as well as the ability to build rapport quickly with new acquaintances.

• Understanding job openings available at Vescor Services
• Connecting with potential candidates who could fill those openings
• Screening candidates to determine if they are a good fit for an opening
• Communicating with Vescor Services staff about candidates
• Writing brief profiles of candidates' strengths
• Helping candidates through the hiring process
• FOLLOWING UP WITH CANDIDATES AFTER HIRE TO SUPPORT THEM IN THEIR NEW ROLE

We are looking for a recruiter who has:

• At least one year of experience in recruiting
• Fluent Ukrainian and English language skills
• General computer fluency and the ability to learn to use required Applicant Tracking software
• Familiarity with the process of posting jobs online and screening applicants to find a good fit for each open position

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $17-20+ per hour, depending on experience and ability. Part-time hours are available, with some flexibility to work from home and attend events where Ukrainian speakers gather.
