Job Overview:
The Automotive Service Technician plays a crucial role in executing both fundamental and advanced vehicle maintenance and repair duties. This includes assessing vehicles for potential issues and diagnosing problems to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive automotive repair expertise.
- Deliver top-tier service to our clientele.
- Conduct skilled mechanical tasks while identifying and resolving issues.
- Inspect, replace, and/or repair faulty components while performing preventive maintenance on vehicles.
- Continuously update knowledge of new technical information and methods to keep pace with evolving automotive technology.
- Exhibit behaviors that align with the company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, management, and suppliers.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
We are in search of candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service or engine diagnostics in a professional setting.
- ASE Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Personal technician tools.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to operate and drive various vehicles.
- Capability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
$35.00 per hour
