About the Role

PeopleShare Inc is seeking skilled Electronics Assemblers for our client in the Lititz, PA area. As an assembler, you will be responsible for completing the wire assembly process and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing the wire assembly process, including cutting, stripping, and labeling wire.
  • Reading work instructions or blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Using hand tools and machine operation to assemble components.
  • Preparing completed wire for distribution and conducting quality control tests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Able to read blueprints or written instructions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Soldering not required but preferred.

Compensation

We offer competitive pay rates starting at $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, with benefits including medical benefits from day one and auto-enrollment in a wellness program. A $50 referral bonus is also available when you recommend a friend who gets hired.
