Salon Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for driving salon performance, leading a team of stylists, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and implement strategies to drive salon growth and profitability
• Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve technical skills and customer service
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
• Collaborate with other salon managers to share best practices and improve overall performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Experience with salon operations and management software
• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
