We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience in paraprofessional or special education. The successful candidate will work with students in a K-12th grade setting, providing support and assistance as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and behavioral support to students
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in schools preferred but not required
