Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ER unit, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Requirements:
- Current NJ license
- At least 2 years of experience in ER nursing
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
