Senior System Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation skills for our IT infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal circuit alignment with office size.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive system architectures for on-premises and Azure-based solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize our O365 environment for SharePoint, Teams, and Email.
  • Lead domain migrations and consolidations across business units.
  • Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline system provisioning and configuration management.
  • Evaluate upcoming technologies against organizational requirements.
  • Communicate technical requirements and risk effectively with various audiences.
  • Apply technical knowledge to assess new technologies and innovations.
  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, playbooks, and documentation of system infrastructure.
  • Partner with Infosec on identity and access management solutions.
  • Mentor and assist Infrastructure Team in technical aspects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 7+ years of operational engineering experience in Windows and Azure cloud environments.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on Meraki experience with 10 years total in Networking.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Cloud Certifications a plus.
