Security Officer

At Allied Universal, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information.
- Greet guests and employees and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
- Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel.
- Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms.
- Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Must possess one or more of the following: Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site, Prior military experience, Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, Exceptional customer service skills, Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
